Who We Are
NGI-S is a management and technology consulting firm specializing in strategy development
and execution, business development, marketing, and sales expertise to the US and
International Postal Services, the Federal Government and US and International commercial
industry. The NGI-S team is composed of highly experienced, innovative, and results
driven individuals with specific expertise in identifying technology and management
solutions to solve business problems, performing market research and competitive
assessments, developing and implementing business capture plans, and facilitating direct
sales to end users.

What We Do
NGI-S' expertise lies in our ability to match clients with business opportunities in the
Federal marketplace, including the U.S. and international postal services. Our work
encompasses everything from finding the right job for the right company to writing the
winning proposal. Working collaboratively with our clients, NGI-S will scope out the real
requirements, find the right partners and/or subcontractors, establish necessary relations,
develop and manage the win strategy, and insure that the proposal is compliant with both
the written and unwritten requirements. NGI-S further provides postal administrations and
the mailing industry with a range of services the objectives of which are to grow revenues
and improve operations.

History
Founded in 2004, NGI-S' core team consists of a number of former government and U.S.
Postal Service executives and staff, as well as suppliers to this marketplace, all of whom are
well versed in coupling industry solutions to the needs of federal customers. NGI-S is a
member of a number of mailing industry associations and has frequent contacts and long
term relationships with many of the key mailers and suppliers within the postal community.
In conjunction with key relationships like these, the NGI-S team is well positioned to drive
success for our clients.

NGI-S has provided business and technical consulting services in the areas of postal
automation, material handling and logistics; address hygiene and data quality systems;
postal policy and business practices; commercial applications of postal developed
technologies; postal and commercial IT systems design and development; and postal mail
processing, delivery and retail operating processes and associated costs.

Most recently 2007 brought NGI-Solutions the opportunity to expand our services
internationally. We have worked in Malaysia, India, Canada and England to name just some
of our expanded client base and we are looking forward to expanding our international
efforts.

Expansion to other Federal Agencies
Early success wouldn't have been possible without the support of a team of highly
qualified, creative associates with years of experience in government agencies, with major
government contractors and in startup companies both domestically and internationally.
With these skills, it's no wonder the business base grew beyond the postal community.
